After earlier kitesurf session returned to beach to see kiters packing up as light winds, but reckoned wing worth a go. Hard to get going in big chop and swells then breeze picked up and nice time. Surprised how big chop and swells were in such a light breeze, and good practice dealing with them. Rode some swells and seems enormously fast , but isn't as normal winging is so slow. Big foils generate lift on swells so need to keep pressing down. Bit tricky landing in shore dump onto stones.
Rob went on 13m kite but said didn't feel like much and couldn't keep upwind so maybe 10 knots
